Like many of the roads
in Loix, the Rue du Passage is no exception: it is a bordered by flowers
and is rather narrow. It is therefore
impossible (and forbidden!) to park here, which is why being able to park in
the grounds of the house is a great advantage!
With no adjoining properties, the house is a veritable haven of
peace. There are trees and pretty planted borders in the front garden, and a
charming old well (now blocked up for the safety of the little ones).
To the rear of the property, a large grassed area (2500 m² in total)
awaits you!
The children are free to enjoy playing ball or badminton, while the adults
may prefer to admire the view, enjoying the feeling of space.
In the morning, watch the sun rise, often accompanied by a magnificent
array of colours.
Just a short distance from the port of Loix, the house offers you a
dream location… you can observe the local fauna including the many birds
that shelter in the calm of the marshes.
You will also be able to see the Ile de Ré bridge in the distance as well
as the port of St Martin and the Islattes lighthouse.
Whether it is early morning with the rising sun or in the evening with the
sun setting, the sky changes from one day to the next.
A veritable palette of colours that you can admire and immortalise
with a few photographs. It’s the ideal place for budding artists who will be
able to capture the slightest nuances of the colourful sky. A different
painting every day!
At any time of the day, it’s great to be on your own little personal
island.
The outdoor areas have been designed to give everyone what they want
(sun or shade depending on the time of day).
All around the house, there are areas to bask in the sun with a good book
or to simply enjoy a well-earned rest. You will appreciate the calm and space!
